Thumbnail Collab is a collaborative platform for YouTube creators to design, preview, and test thumbnail designs. Our service includes thumbnail preview tools, competitor analysis, collaboration features, and audience polling capabilities.

3. Account Registration and Use

To use our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through our secure payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our service to:

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use our service for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our service

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our service, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide our service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
